Aloha, I'm Susan! I'm fully insured and a member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS), bringing 10 years of experience to my work. As a devoted dog mom to five mini-English bulldogs—Ayasha, Lily, Maverick, Tank, and Bella—I understand the importance of exceptional pet care.

WHAT'S THE PROCESS?
Before fulfilling a contract, I will do a 1-hour meet & greet with your pet(s) to determine if it will be a good fit or not. Once you and your pet(s) are approved, I will go over their schedule with you. Please provide a written and detailed rundown of what you do on any given day.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I'M AWAY?
I will share any updates upon your requested cadence. I will also need secondary contact information and veterinary contact should any unforeseen circumstances arise. Upon your return home, I will report any observations I've encountered (normal behavior and/or any issues).
Our initial consult a week before our trip was seamless and brief. Our little Tyrion was declining a few days into our trip, and she brought him to the vet twice without hesitation.
We now consider her Ohana. She's truly amazing!
